27/5/23 I am about to be78. Most of my friends have ailments of one kind or another – some more serious than others. I love my life but am definitely getting more aches and pains. I am going to try and devise a program to get me as fit as possible for my eighties!
Step1. I have got 2 books from the library: healing arthritis naturally & Yhe Top 100 fitness foods. Today I shall read them!
